Sushmita Singh is a seasoned Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects across multiple organizations. Since October 2023, Sushmita has been contributing to Angel One, following a tenure at MongoDB where responsibilities included end-to-end project management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and coaching teams on Agile methodologies. Prior to this, Sushmita worked at Expedia Group, overseeing data engineering projects, acting as a Scrum Master, and enhancing team processes. Sushmita's career began at Oracle India Pvt. Ltd, managing critical billing and revenue management programs, and facilitating employee enablement initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from SRM IST Chennai, complemented by a CSM certification in Agile methodologies.
