Nathalie Ste-Croix is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Drayge Manager at ANDY since February 2024. Previous roles include Terminal Manager at Day & Ross and Project Administrator/Ops. Manager at Trac-World. Nathalie has held various positions at YRC Freight, including Operations Manager and Terminal Operations Manager, and contributed to the growth of Hercules Forwarding Inc. and Bourret International as Terminal Manager and International and Logistics Operations Manager, respectively. With a strong foundation in customer service and business development, Nathalie has managed teams, developed operational procedures, and trained new staff.
