Pablo Ucar has a diverse range of work experience that spans over several years. Pablo is currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Procurement at Aptera Motors since August 2021. During their tenure, they served as the VP Supply Chain, leading a team of over 45 professionals responsible for sourcing vehicle components, purchasing non-production items, managing supplier quality, and setting up a logistics network.

From 2015 to 2017, Pablo worked at Faraday Future as the Purchasing Director, where they were responsible for procuring capital equipment and buildings, resulting in a $1.2 billion investment for the launch of the production plant and equipment in Las Vegas, NV.

Prior to joining Faraday Future, Pablo worked at SpaceX, Space Exploration Technologies, from November 2011 to June 2015, as the Senior Director of Supply Chain. Pablo successfully managed inventory worth $115 million and oversaw various aspects of the supply chain, including purchasing, material planning, logistics, and supplier quality engineering.

Pablo's career also includes their tenure at Grupo Antolin North America, where they held multiple positions from 2004 to 2011. Pablo served as the VP of Industrial Operations, overseeing 11 production, assembly, and sequencing plants. Additionally, they served as a Plant Manager, responsible for the start-up of a world-class manufacturing facility.

Before joining Grupo Antolin North America, Pablo worked at Detroit Diesel Corporation from 1997 to 2004. Pablo held the position of Director of Operations, where they managed the start-up of a new manufacturing plant and was responsible for various functions, including engineering, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Buyer, responsible for procurement of engineered components.

Pablo's career began at Dana Corporation in 1996, where they worked as an International Operations Process Engineer.

Following this, they attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1994 to 1995 to obtain their MBA in International Business.
