Thomas Benjamin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce solutions, IT services, and business management. As the Founder of Workcules since October 2021, Thomas has developed a disruptive technology company aimed at connecting laid-off and unemployed jobseekers with employers. In addition to this role, Thomas has served as a Client Partner at ´¡²Ô»å°ùé, contributing to global IT solutions, and previously held the position of Manager of Information Technology Services at Jean Martin, enhancing productivity and profitability for major companies. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Business Analyst Intern at Cognisoft Technologies and Managing Partner positions at both Power Gym and Spring Boots. Thomas holds an MBA from SUNY New Paltz and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Madras.
