Griffin Norwesh has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Laborer in a construction company, gaining experience in project management and blueprint reading. In 2016, Griffin interned as an Accounting Intern at Norcon, Inc., where they assisted in managing invoices, payments, and insurance validation. The following year, they had an internship as a Project Engineer Intern at the same company, where they helped manage old projects and bid on new ones. In 2019, they co-founded their own dropshipping business, NoCo Distributors LLC., where they handled various aspects such as licensing, marketing, website creation, and customer service. Since 2020, Griffin has been working at Encompass Technologies as an Analyst, solving complex problems for customers and contributing to teams focused on CRM, Order Management Systems, and Payment Processing. Griffin currently holds the role of Order Management Systems Product Manager, leading a team in developing features for customers in the beverage and alcohol industry. Griffin's work experience showcases their adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Griffin Norwesh completed high school from Deerfield Highschool from 2012 to 2016. Following that, from 2016 to 2020, Griffin pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management from Colorado State University.
