Ashley Frotten, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Andover Public Schools in Massachusetts since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at Spencer Technologies from June 2016 to December 2022, including People and Culture Success Manager, Social Media/Marketing Manager, and Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities included communication, conflict management, employee needs assessment, and enhancing workplace culture and retention. Earlier experience includes roles at Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport and a sports management internship at Auburn High School. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Salem State University.
