Tim Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tim started their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Sprint Nextel, where they focused on achieving strategic goals, coaching employees, and forecasting and analyzing business trends. Tim then moved on to AT&T, where they worked as a Home Solutions Consultant and was responsible for training and promoting wireless associates to increase revenue streams. Tim also lead training sessions and significantly increased wire line sales and revenue. After that, Tim joined Cottonwood Financial as an Operations Team Member, where they opened new retail locations, hired and trained management, and developed training materials and presentations. Following their time at Cottonwood Financial, Tim worked at Universal Technical Institutes as a Scheduling Specialist, analyzing data, overseeing projects, and participating in appeals boards. Currently, Tim is serving as the VP of Client Services at Anderson Merchandisers, where they prepare and pitches quotes, oversees merchandising projects, and leads a team of Account Managers for multiple Fortune 100 companies.

Tim Marshall PMP received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from Midwestern State University in the years 1996-2002.
