Susan Rothwell is an experienced trusts and estates attorney currently serving as a Trusts and Estates Shareholder at Anderson Kill since April 2023. With a strong background in estate and tax planning, Rothwell advises clients on wealth preservation strategies while preparing wills, trusts, and other legal instruments. Prior to this role, Rothwell was a Partner at Dunnington, Bartholow & Miller LLP, and Of Counsel at Balber Pickard Maldonado & Van Der Tuin, PC, where similar expertise was applied. Rothwell also owned a private practice focused on comprehensive estate planning, tax strategies, and mediation.
