Tracy Clang is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims management. Currently serving as the Director of Claims at Lincoln Benefit Life since January 2016, Tracy is responsible for developing claim procedures, managing high-risk claims, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing fraud investigations. Prior roles include Senior Claims Analyst, where responsibilities involved addressing complex claims issues and enhancing TPA governance, and Claims Analyst, focusing on processing claims related to deceased policyholders.
