Becca Zindler, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at Andersen Corporation since June 2022. Prior to this role, Becca held various positions at the University of Minnesota Recreation and Wellness, including Building Manager, Equipment Room Attendant, and Facility Attendant from August 2020 to May 2022. Becca also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In addition to these roles, Becca was Treasurer for Phi Mu Fraternity, where responsibilities included creating and managing a $100,000 budget for 100 members. Becca gained HR experience as an intern at Retail Merchandising Services, Inc. and 18-07 Career Change Specialist, along with previous positions as a Student Office Assistant at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a Front Desk Receptionist at Hudson Ford Inc. Education was completed at the University of Minnesota from 2018 to 2022.
