Yngve Andreassen's work experience includes serving as the Konserndirektør HR & HMS / Vice President HR & HSE at Moelven since May 2018. Yngve is also a Board Member at Moelven Byggmodul AS since October 2018 and at Høyskolen for yrkesfag since June 2021. Previously, Yngve worked at TINE SA in various roles such as Special Advisor, Leadership- and organisational development, Professional Coach, Project Manager - Competence Management, Head of HR Systems and Analysis, Project Manager - Organisational development of operations and supply chain, Shared Service Manager, and Project Manager HR. Before that, they were the Director Shared Service Center at Bluegarden AS and held positions at TINE SA as Manager HR Service and HR Consultant. Yngve also worked at Nortura as a Trainee and at the Norwegian Armed Forces as a Consultant.

Yngve Andreassen completed their education at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 1993 to 1997, earning a degree in Economics. Yngve also attended Adler International Learning from 2008 to 2009, where they received certification as an Adler Trained Coach (ATC) in Professional Coaching. Yngve Andreassen also attended Luftforsvarets befalsskole from 1991 to 1993, studying Administration. Additionally, they attended Brumunddal videregående skole from 1988 to 1991, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
