Senior Product Manager at Anansi

Pedro Sacramento has a wealth of work experience in the technology and engineering space, beginning with their role as an Electrical/Software Engineer at PROJeDOMUS - Projectos e Instalações Electricas Inteligentes from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Project Manager & R&D Consultant at Multisector Norte - Inovation Consulting, Lda. In 2019, they moved to Safeminds as a Product Manager, and then to Uphold Inc. in 2020 in the same role. Currently, they are a Senior Product Manager at Anansi and a Product Manager at Mindera. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for product requirement specification (PRD development), product development coordination (with design, marketing and engineering teams), measurement of product usage metrics to study new features, product backlog refinement and curation for sprints execution (and progress monitoring), and presentation of developed products to clients and other stakeholders.

Pedro Sacramento obtained a Mestrado em Engenharia Electrotécnica from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra between 2012 and 2015, specializing in Ramo de Sistemas Industriais. Prior to that, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra between 2008 and 2012. Pedro has also obtained various certifications, including Product Led Certification from Mind the Product in October 2022, Product Analytics Micro-Certification (PAC) from Product School in August 2022, Product-Led Growth Micro-Certification (PLGC) from Product School in July 2022, Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in June 2021, Formação Pedagógica Inicial de Formadores from Cefolgest in February 2020, Gestão de Projetos - Ferramentas de controlo de custos e tempo in October 2018, Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in September 2018, Programming Foundations With Python from Udacity in July 2018, HTML, CSS e Javascript from TecMinho in 2017, and Introduction to Project Management from edX in February 2015.
