Caleb Persick is an accomplished professional in product management and program development, currently serving as the Director of Product Management and Design at Delta Dental Ins. since 2021. With prior experience as a Senior Program Manager at Johns Hopkins Health Plans, Caleb directed a successful cost reduction initiative, and contributed to enhancing operational efficiency as a Senior Project Manager. Earlier roles include Project Development Coordinator at the National Center for Biomedical Research and Training, where agile methodologies were utilized to streamline training certifications, and Project Manager/Consultant at Postlethwaite & Netterville, focusing on optimizing operations. Caleb began career contributions as a Program Manager at Louisiana 4-H Office of Youth Development, also gaining experience through a Game Management Internship at Fiesta Bowl. Caleb holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University.
