Michael Parkyn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in defense and policy analysis. Currently serving as Principal Analyst at ANSER since November 2009 and as Principal at Horizon Group LLC since June 2012, Michael has developed a strong expertise in strategic operations. Prior to these roles, Michael dedicated over two decades to the United States Marine Corps and held the position of Associate Director for Current Operations at the National Security Council from 2004 to 2005. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy and advanced studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
