Selda Susal's work experience includes various roles in corporate communications, corporate affairs, and leadership positions.

Selda currently works at Anadolu Efes, where they started in 2019 as the Corporate Communications and Affairs Director before becoming the Chief Corporate Communications and Affairs Officer in 2022.

Selda is also the President of Bira Malt Üreticileri Derneği since 2021 and a Board Member at Çevko Vakfı since 2020.

In 2016, they co-founded YeatUp, a platform connecting chefs and food-lovers for unique dining experiences.

Selda has also worked as a Freelance Corporate Laughter Coach in 2018. Prior to that, they founded LiveGlobalEatLocal in 2015.

Selda has advisory and columnist roles at askbmm consulting and İstanbul Moda Akademisi, respectively, starting from 2015.

Their earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Corporate Communications at Philip Morris International from 2009 to 2015 and as the Corporate Communications Director at DHL Express from 2001 to 2009.

Selda Susal attended Harvard Business School from 2007 to 2008, where they studied PLD 6. Prior to that, they studied German Language and Literature at İstanbul Üniversitesi from 1991 to 1995. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Positive Psychology and Well-Being from GetSmarter.
