Yadira Martinez currently serves in the Talent & Culture department at Anadat Technology, a global IT services company focused on modernizing technological infrastructures and driving business innovation. Since December 2018, Yadira has managed the selection process, overseeing recruitment from candidate sourcing to onboarding, including publishing job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing candidate offers. Prior to this role, Yadira worked at Atos from February 2006 to June 2014 in the Human Resources department, where responsibilities included administrative management of resource allocation, handling leave requests, and maintaining records for approximately 260 resources. Yadira holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de San Agustin de Arequipa and a Master's in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
