Mais Tubaila has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and insurance industry. Mais started their career in 2013 as a Claims Adjuster at Global United Insurance Company. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Medical Claims Auditor at Globemed Palestine. In 2018, they joined GlobeMed Group as a Member of the Claims Audit Team, where they worked until 2023. During their time at GlobeMed Palestine, they held various roles such as Member of the Technical and Developmental Committee and Control and Processing Supervisor. Mais Tubaila's most recent role, starting in 2023, is as the Medical Records and Clinical Coding Section Head at An-Najah National University Hospital.
