Brian Tran is a Supplier Quality Specialist at Amy's Kitchen since October 2018, previously serving as an Enterprise QA Raw Materials Technician. Responsibilities include conducting tests on incoming raw materials, managing inventory discrepancies, and resolving technical issues related to ERP systems. Prior experience includes a Production Intern role at Amy's Kitchen, where Brian collaborated on a research project concerning social recruiting methods, and an Administrative Coordinator position at the UC Davis Student Recruitment and Retention Center, focused on educational equity. Earlier, Brian gained exposure to the food industry as an Undergraduate Student Intern with the Perishable Foods Council of Northern California/Nevada.
