Kim Josephs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, business optimization, and client relations across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Amwins Connect since March 2018, Kim has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Operations and Director of Business Optimization. Prior experience includes founding Social Savvy, LLC, where Kim consulted on CRM and marketing strategies, as well as holding key positions at Data Fusion Technologies, where a customer care organization was developed, and Sage Software, where Kim led initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Kim's early career as a trainer at Epicor laid the foundation for a strong blend of leadership and coaching abilities. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Computer Programming from Bryant & Stratton College.
