Mandi Constantino currently serves as the AVP of Business Development at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a position held since December 2015, where Mandi is involved in the AmTrust Vested Insurance Partnership (VIP), an exclusive program for agents that promotes shared risk and rewards. Prior to this role, Mandi worked at Brown & Brown of NJ, Inc., where responsibilities included Manager of Regional Sales for New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, as well as serving as Regional Sales Manager and Sales Executive from September 2008 to December 2015. Mandi's career also includes experience as a Supervisor of Total Rewards at Harrah's Entertainment from January 2003 to September 2004. Mandi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, attended from 1999 to 2001, and graduated from Ocean City High School in 1997.
