Laura Weaver is an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Amsted Rail Inc, overseeing large capital projects with a diverse team of engineers since August 2003. Prior to this role, Laura served as a Lean Manufacturing Coordinator at Delphi from July 1996 to July 2003, where responsibilities included developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
