Jon Cheek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jon started their career at School Health Corporation as a Picker/Packer during the summers of 2004 and 2005. Following that, they worked at Bob Jones University as a Stage Crew Production Light Technician, responsible for operating and programming the light board for university plays and programs. Jon then joined Sight & Sound Theatres, Inc. as a Custodian for a brief period. In 2006, they joined Amsive, where they held various roles including Digital Print Operator, Lettershop Operator, Account Manager, Business Process Optimization Coordinator, Production Manager, Director of Production Operations, Vice President of Operations, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations. Throughout their tenure at Amsive, they have spearheaded Business Process Optimization initiatives and led project management efforts for significant clients.
Jon Cheek has an extensive education history. In 2003, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible from Bob Jones University. Jon then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Theology from the same university, which they completed in 2011. During their time at Bob Jones University, they also earned a Certificate in Project Management from Greenville Technical College. In 2019, Jon completed their Ph.D. in Theology/Theological Studies from Bob Jones University. As for their recent education, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Greenville Technical College in 2020.
