Rose Blackburn serves as President of QuantumPM, a company specializing in business intelligence and project portfolio management solutions built on the Microsoft platform, acquiring Microsoft GOLD certifications in Application Development and Project Portfolio Management. With over 15 years of collaboration with Microsoft, QuantumPM creates software that integrates cloud and on-premise solutions. Previously, Blackburn held roles as a Consultant at AT&T Broadband and Director at MediaOne and U S WEST, where responsibilities included managing the Center of Excellence for Project Management. Blackburn earned a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
