Barbara Palmer is an experienced Change Management Specialist at Advanced Management Strategies Group since December 2021, and the Founder/Lead Consultant of The Changing Workplace since January 2020, focusing on trust, change agility, and resilience in the workplace. With a long-standing background as the Founder & Lead Consultant of Virtual Workplace Ministries since January 1989, Barbara has developed job support groups and authored books on employment transitions and career coaching. Previous roles include Global Learning Consultant and Senior Organization Development Consultant at Teradata Corporation, where Barbara enhanced training offerings and workforce performance. Additionally, Barbara served as Associate Professional Development Manager at Kurt Salmon Associates and held positions at The Coca-Cola Company as International Staffing Manager. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Education from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech & Language Pathology from Marquette University.
