Alice Rwema is an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) PLC and General Counsel at Ampersand E-Mobility, Alice has also held key positions such as Head of Project Finance and Structure at Ruzizi III Energy Limited and Company Secretary at Rwanda Energy Group. Previous contributions include serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Rwanda Airports Company and as Vice Chairperson of the Board at Rwanda Energy Group Ltd. With a Master's degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the University of Rwanda and a Bachelor's degree from the National University of Rwanda, Alice brings significant expertise in legal advisory roles, notably for the Rwanda Ministry of Infrastructure and the Energy Water and Sanitation Authority of Rwanda.
