Winston Dela Paz is an experienced professional in the plastics industry, currently serving as the Technical Service Manager for APAC at Ampacet Corporation since April 2020. Prior roles include Technical Development Manager for Southeast Asia and ANZ at SABIC, where responsibilities included developing new business opportunities and translating technology from global teams. Winston also held the position of Process Development Head at Sagara Metro Plastics Ind'l. Corp., focusing on streamlining manufacturing management, and initially worked as Shift Supervisor/Cadet Engineer at Manly Plastics Inc., managing resources and production schedules. Winston holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Careers in the Philippines, earned between 1982 and 1986.
