Bianca Encarnacion is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Global Head of Learning & Development at Hempel A/S. Previously, Bianca held various managerial roles at Amazon, including Regional Talent Development Manager for EU Customer Fulfilment and Regional Learning & Development Manager for Global Specialty Fulfilment. With a strong background in human resources, Bianca worked at Procter & Gamble as Head of Regional Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion for Asia & ANZ Region, as well as other HR positions. Bianca holds a Master of Arts in Professional Education & Training from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
