Xavier Garza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and logistics management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Operations at O'Grady Peyton International since December 2016, Xavier is responsible for leading the development, execution, and integration of projects for the division while facilitating organizational transformation in people, processes, and technologies. Prior experience includes roles as Operations and Logistics Manager in the US Army, where Xavier coordinated logistics for a large brigade combat team, and as General Manager at Bally Total Fitness, overseeing daily operations and employee development. Academic achievements include an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia (anticipated May 2024), a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas State University.
