Shirish Shrivas has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and product development. Shirish is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at Amla Commerce, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Shirish served as the General Manager of Product Development at Amla Commerce from January 2017.

Before joining Amla Commerce, Shirish worked at Zeon Solutions, where they held various positions from 2007 to 2014. Shirish started as a Team Lead in December 2007 and was later promoted to Assistant Project Lead and then to Project Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for project coordination, planning, estimation, resource planning, and delivery management. Shirish also had the responsibility of identifying risks, developing contingency plans, and ensuring the quality process for project milestones. Shirish also worked as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at Zeon Solutions, where they collaborated with the delivery manager to determine project deliverables and staffing, as well as tracking project timelines and providing regular updates to the on-site team and clients.

Prior to their time at Zeon Solutions, Shirish worked at Mindmill Software Limited as a Team Leader and Senior Software Engineer from 2004 to 2007. Shirish'sresponsibilities included leading and managing a team, as well as undertaking software engineering tasks.

Shirish started their career as a Software Engineer at R.S. Barcoders Pvt. Ltd. in August 2002, and prior to that, they worked as a Trainee Software Engineer at SAMYOG Software (P) Ltd. from January 2002 to June 2002.

Overall, Shirish brings a wealth of experience in project management, product development, and team leadership to their current role as the Vice President of Operations at Amla Commerce.

Shirish Shrivas completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, which took place from 1995 to 1998. Shirish then pursued a Master of Computer Applications degree from M.C.R.P.V. from 1999 to 2002, specializing in Computer studies.

In addition to their formal education, Shirish has also obtained several certifications. Shirish became a SAFe Agilist certified by Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2022. In February 2020, they achieved the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Furthermore, they hold a Certified Scrum Master certification granted by Scrum Alliance in October 2015. In June 2014, Shirish obtained the inRiver Business Consultant certification from inRiver PIM. Lastly, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certified by Scrum Alliance in December 2020.
