Michelle Leppla has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Michelle started their career as an Office Assistant at Danbury Public Schools from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Retail Sales and Merchandising Associate at Macy's, where they gained experience in sales, inventory management, and customer service. The following year, Michelle interned at InspireShift as a Marketing and Research Analytics Intern, where they developed financial cost analysis and collaborated on website development. In 2018, they interned at AMG Funds as a Sales and Marketing Intern, working on digital platform strategies and presenting fund data. Michelle also had a research internship at Crown Media Family Networks, where they collected and presented viewership data. Michelle continued their journey with AMG Funds, progressing to roles as an Associate, Senior Associate, and eventually Director of Marketing Operations, beginning in 2019. In these roles, they were responsible for marketing operations and provided insights for new business opportunities. Prior to joining AMG Funds, they were a Global Marketing and Communications Intern at Legg Mason in 2019. Michelle Leppla completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, at the Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, they attended Danbury High School. In terms of additional certifications, Michelle obtained the Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy in December 2022, and the Seismic Administrator Certification Exam, Enterprise Edition from Seismic in September 2022. Michelle also received the New York Institute of Finance - Mutual Funds certification in August 2020 and the Bloomberg Essential Market Sector certification from Bloomberg LP in November 2015.
