Colleen Patton is a seasoned benefits management professional with extensive experience in enhancing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Benefits at Amerit Fleet Solutions since February 2022, Colleen has successfully revamped benefits operations, identified cost-saving opportunities, and introduced a wellness platform to improve employee wellbeing. Prior to this, Colleen held the role of Benefits Manager at NewRez LLC from February 2011 to January 2022, where efforts included transforming benefits offerings to attract and retain talent, managing a team for a growing workforce, and overhauling the benefits broker system. Colleen's background also includes serving as a Senior Human Resources / Payroll Generalist, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, onboarding, and compliance-focused benefits administration.
