Elisabeth Vogel-Szlendak currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Metrolinx, leading initiatives to enhance the organization's risk management culture since April 2015. Previously, Elisabeth held the position of Senior Manager for Governance, Control & Risk in the Internal Audit Finance Division, where strategic executive advisory work was conducted to align enterprise practices with organizational objectives. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Policy Advisor and Senior Project Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, focusing on road user safety modernization and operational transformation. Elisabeth's educational background includes multiple master's certificates in Risk and Business Performance from the Schulich School of Business, along with studies at Ryerson University and George Brown College.
