Lisa West has over 25 years of experience in customer service and sales training. Lisa began their career at AmeriGas Propane in 1993 as a Regional Marketing Manager and later served as the Marketing Programs Manager. In 2012, they became the Director of Customer Service & Sales Training. In 2017, Lisa joined AMERIGAS PROPANE L.P. as the Director of Customer Experience.

Lisa West attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications/Marketing.
