Todd Grosse serves as the Leader of Donations and Logistics at America's Thrift Stores, overseeing supply chain operations for donations across five states since September 2021. Previously, Todd held several positions, including Census Field Supervisor and Regional Trainer at the U.S. Census Bureau, managing a team of 40-50 personnel during the 2020 census. Todd's extensive experience also includes roles as Supply Chain Manager and Specialist at Mars, where focus was on customer collaboration and service metrics improvement, as well as Senior Operations Manager at Wirtgen America, overseeing $100 million in annual sales. Todd has a strong background in operations and supply chain management from prior positions at Ellett Brothers Inc and Kmart Corporation. Todd earned a BA in Finance and Business Management from Oakland University.
