Ruben Gonzalez has extensive experience in fulfillment services and workforce development. Currently serving as a Fulfillment Specialist at Dot Fulfillment Services since December 1996, Ruben specializes in various fulfillment processes, including pick and pack, direct mail, and print on demand services. As a Co-Founder of MentorShipped since April 2021, Ruben focuses on providing valuable work experiences for high school students to develop essential skills. Additionally, Ruben is involved as a Business Partner and Mentor at High School Inc - Global Business Academy, advocating for education as a means to self-sufficiency. Ruben coordinates educational events for the OC Marketing & Advertising Professionals Community and serves on the Advisory Board of the Executive Next Practices Institute, enhancing collaboration among business leaders. Previous roles include account executive and account manager at Towne Advertisers, complemented by a Master's Degree in Fulfillment Studies obtained between 1986 and 2015.
