Carroll Tito has extensive work experience in human resources and military leadership. From 2003, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). Prior to that, from 1994 to 2004, they held the role of Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force.

Carroll Tito completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University with a focus in Law and Human Resources in 2018. Currently, Carroll is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with an expected completion date in 2024.
