Andrea Josefsson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager and previously holding roles such as HR Business Partner, Junior HR Business Partner, and HR Assistant at SHL Medical since October 2017. Prior experience includes a position as Claims Adjuster at AmTrust and internship roles at SHL Medical's HR and production departments, where foundational knowledge in recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and production processes was gained. Andrea holds a degree in HR/personal administration from Uppsala University, completed in 2018, and received secondary education at Viktor Rydberg Gymnasium Jarlaplan from 2008 to 2011.
