Natalia Jiménez Zárate is an experienced English Teacher at American School Way since July 2022, bringing a diverse background in customer service and analysis from previous roles. Serving as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Webhelp OneLink, and holding positions at Rappi as a Personal Banker and Analyst, Natalia has developed strong problem-solving skills. Additional experience includes leadership as a Team Leader at Contento BPS S.A and various roles at Listos. Currently pursuing a Formación Profesional de Grado Superior in Psychology at UNIMINUTO Colombia, anticipated to complete in December 2025.
