Jay Wedel is a Professional Coach at Wedel 1 since January 2022, leveraging 35 years of experience in navigating military and post-military landscapes to guide clients towards their personal and professional goals. Concurrently, Jay serves as a Leadership Instructor for the Caesar Rodney School District since August 2008. Previously, Jay was the Director of Training at the USAF Honor Guard Formal Training from November 2005 to June 2008, where leadership and operational management of training programs were key responsibilities, resulting in notable outcomes. Jay Wedel holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Professional Coaching from Lewis University, expected to be completed in December 2023, and also attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from November 1999 to May 2001.
