Ephraim Härer has worked for two companies in their career. From January 2015 to September 2020, they worked as a Software Developer for RENOLIT, specializing in TYPO3/PHP development. In October 2020, they were promoted to Head of Web & Interface Development at RENOLIT. Prior to that, they worked as a Web Developer for MOKOM 01 direkt GmbH & Co. KG from September 2011 to December 2014.

From 2007 to 2011, Ephraim Härer attended FH Trier - Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Medieninformatik.
