Nicole Noord is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Since November 2008, Nicole has served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at the American Red Cross, focusing on development since August 2012. Prior roles include Contract Recruiter at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Recruiter at Starbucks and Legal Placements, Inc., and HR Generalist at Parsons. Nicole began a career in recruitment with Spherion, where the role of Recruiter was held from October 2001 to April 2005. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Virginia Tech.
