Theresa McDermott is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at American Land Title Association. With extensive experience in human resources, Theresa has held various roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at the National Association of Broadcasters and Director of Human Resources at Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. Theresa also worked as a Benefits Manager at American University and in human resources at the National Association for Home Care & Hospice. Additionally, Theresa runs their own consulting firm, McDermott HR Solutions. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from West Virginia University.
