Steph Valadez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, executive recruiting, and program management. Currently serving as the Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at Heidelberg Materials North America since January 2023, Valadez previously held roles including Executive Search Consultant at Pearl Street Collective and Managing Director for Per Scholas in Dallas/Fort Worth, where strategic leadership and programmatic success were emphasized. Other significant positions include Diversity Recruiting Program Manager at North Texas Leaders & Executives Advocating Diversity and Senior Staffing Consultant at Randstad USA. Valadez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication - Advertising from Texas State University and is pursuing a degree in Organizational Behavior from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
