Holly Bode currently serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs at the American Kidney Fund, a position held since January 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Public Affairs at the Alliance of Community Health Plans and Senior Manager at Washington Council Ernst & Young. Bode has also held leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group and BKSH & Associates, and served as a Special Assistant at the US Department of Health and Human Services. Bode began career work as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Sander Levin and a Professional Staff Member for the United States Senate Special Committee on Aging. Bode holds a Master of Science in Health Policy from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
