Jen Rico is an experienced professional in operations and human resources management, currently serving as the Operations and Human Resources Manager at the American Indian Cancer Foundation since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jen worked as Operations Manager at Metsi Technologies and as Program and Education Specialist for the State of Minnesota. Earlier career experiences include positions as Project Manager at Aidevantage Virtual and Executive Assistant and Program Coordinator at the University of Minnesota. Jen began their professional journey as Project and Traffic Manager at KNOCK Inc.
