Sam Bowen is an experienced construction project manager and business owner with a strong background in real estate development and project management. Currently serving as a Construction Project Manager at Samuels & Associates since March 2020, Sam also operates SBRE Ventures LLC, focusing on residential investment opportunities in the Boston area. Previously, Sam held the position of Assistant Project Manager at Suffolk Construction from July 2015 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing subcontractors and performing cost engineering on significant renovation projects. Sam's early career includes a role as a Project Engineer with Suffolk Construction, participating in various essential stages of the construction process, and a summer internship at Samuels & Associates, which provided exposure to real estate acquisitions and project development. Sam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies and Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
