THE Heather Santana is an accomplished design and creative strategy leader with extensive experience at American Express since June 2014, currently serving as Vice President of Brand Design & Creative Strategy. Santana has spearheaded global brand design initiatives, including visual identity and environmental design for the Centurion Lounge network, while also leading creative strategy for the company's in-house agency, OnBrand. Previous roles include Creative Director and leadership positions focusing on experiential marketing for premium cardholders and brand partnerships. Santana's career also includes key roles in user experience and marketing design across various agencies, with a solid educational foundation in Fine Arts from Syracuse University.
