Lorraine Chow Hansen is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in leading consumer-focused initiatives across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer of Chase Consumer Bank and managing director and head of Ultimate Rewards & Loyalty Solutions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since 2016, Lorraine has previously held significant roles at PepsiCo, where contributions included president of the Global Snacks Group and senior vice president of the Global Beverages Group. Earlier in their career, Lorraine served at Kraft Foods Group in various leadership positions and started their professional journey at IBM and Air Products. Lorraine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.
