Lea Tatum-Haskell, MBA, currently serves as an Administrative Manager at American Century Investments since February 2021, while also holding the position of Director on the Board of Directors for the Office of the State Bank Commissioner since June 2020. Previously, Tatum-Haskell worked as a Talent Development Manager at CrossFirst Bank and accumulated significant experience as a Bank Regulator, Case Manager, and Corporate Trainer at the Office of the State Bank Commissioner from 2003 to 2018. Tatum-Haskell began a professional journey in financial services at Security Benefit Group, where the role included Manager of Mutual Fund Administration and Corporate Trainer, and at American Century Investments, serving as Manager of Mutual Fund Administration until 1994. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kansas, along with studies at Hayden High School and Washburn University.
