Domitille ARNAUD serves as a Project Portfolio Manager and Project Manager at the American Battle Monuments Commission since September 2020, previously holding the position of Assistant Project Manager from August 2018 to June 2020. Concurrently, Domitille has been a member of the Middle East Committee of ANAJ-IHEDN since November 2016, contributing to national security awareness. Prior experience includes managing projects at Expertise France and as a Project Officer for the Bahrain French Town Planning Initiative. Domitille's early career involved roles at the Global Coalition for Efficient Logistics, the Embassy of France in the United States, the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, and Association Sherpa. Domitille ARNAUD holds multiple master's degrees in Geoeconomics, International Law, and has completed a preparatory class focused on Law and Economics.
